TITAN Device ID Setup
The service will keep getting disconnected unless the settings are updated with a device ID:
1. Go to STB Emulator
2. Menu button / Hold OK/select – brings up settings menu in top right
3. Select Settings
4. Select Profile – Titan
5. Select STB Configuration
6. Select Device ID
7. Select Send Device ID – so it is check marked
8. Select Device ID
– change it to the last 4 numbers of your phone number
– Example 8110
9. Select Custom Device ID 2 and signature – so it is check marked
10. Select Device ID 2 – change it to the same number you used in
Device ID – 8110
11. You will need to contact us to re-activate the account once this has been done
