Time Not Synchronized on Device – Instructions to Fix

Unplug box and plug it back in – do not go into the TV app

– On the main menu of the box
– Confirm that the correct time zone is selected

1. Go to settings – device preferences – Date & Time – select Eastern Standard Time (New York)

2. Open STB Emulator – if it still doesn’t load,

then follow the below instructions to create a new profile

  1. Open STB Emulator app
  2. Hold OK/Select / menu button – pulls up menu in top right
  3. Select Settings
  4. Profile – go down to profile and select it
  5. Add New – name it your provider ‘ ok3, ok2, zon2, titan, ok4’
  6. Go to Portal settings
  7. Select Portal URL
  8. Change it to http://
  9. Go back a menu
  10. Go to STB Configuration
    *Make a note of the MAC – this is used for account activation
    00:1A:79: .. .. ..
  11. Exit out of settings – keep pushing the back button
  12. Reload profile
    – reload the profile – settings menu – go down to profile
    – select the new profile
