Time Not Synchronized on Device – Instructions to Fix
Unplug box and plug it back in – do not go into the TV app
– On the main menu of the box
– Confirm that the correct time zone is selected
1. Go to settings – device preferences – Date & Time – select Eastern Standard Time (New York)
2. Open STB Emulator – if it still doesn’t load,
then follow the below instructions to create a new profile

See Information – ok3, ok2, zon2, titan, ok4 – for setup with specific provider instructions
- Open STB Emulator app
- Hold OK/Select / menu button – pulls up menu in top right
- Select Settings
- Profile – go down to profile and select it
- Add New – name it your provider ‘ ok3, ok2, zon2, titan, ok4’
- Go to Portal settings
- Select Portal URL
- Change it to http://
- Go back a menu
- Go to STB Configuration
*Make a note of the MAC – this is used for account activation
00:1A:79: .. .. .. - Exit out of settings – keep pushing the back button
- Reload profile
– reload the profile – settings menu – go down to profile
– select the new profile
