STB is Blocked

Your STB is blocked. Call your provider.

There are a couple reasons why this may happen.

1. Missing payment for service
– if you need to make a payment, you may phone or email us

2. Wrong profile is selected.

– if the wrong profile / provider is selected,

you may see this on the screen

– To fix this,
Hold OK / Select – menu top right

Go down to profile, and select the provider you are on.

3. Wrong MAC address linked to profile

– Make a note of your MAC address and call in

– Settings – Profile – select your profile – STB Configuration – MAC
