Reloading Portal – Black Screen – Buffering – Aspect Off
1. In the STB app – Hold OK/Select or select the menu button on the remote to bring up the menu in the top right corner
2. Go down to profile
3. Select the profile to reload it
If the profile still does not load,
4. In the menu in the top right, go down to Exit, and go back into the app
