Host not Found & Connection Error
– the android box / firestick lost internet connection
1. Exit app, or power cycle the device
2. Run a speed test on the box to see if you have internet connection
– there should be an app called ‘FAST’ you can click on
OR
– go to play store and download a speed test – search speed test and select one to download and install ,then go to the speed test app and run a speed test
OR
– go to another app, such as YouTube or Netflix to see if the box has internet
3. Re-establish internet connection via ethernet cable or by going into settings – network & internet – wi-fi
4. Open STB App
Host Not Found – portal URL is wrong
– this error will also occur if the portal URL is wrong.

– check that the portal URL is correct
