Access Denied – Error 1020
This is caused by running a VPN
1. Turn off the VPN, and reload the profile / STB app
2. Switch the VPN server
– changing the VPN server will also fix this, however it is unclear which servers work and which don’t
– if you can favourite servers on your VPN provider, then find one that works, and favourite it so that it automatically connects to one that works
note: Canada and US seem to have issues, but connecting to the UK usually works
3. Reload Profile / Power Cycle device
