EPG Time is off – time on guide does not match TV show airtime
1. Fix the date and time on the android box
– On the main menu of the box
– Confirm that the correct time zone is selected
1. Go to settings – device preferences – Date & Time – select Eastern Standard Time (New York)
2. Create a new profile to fix the EPG Time
STB Setup
See Information – ok3, ok2, zon2, titan, ok4 – for setup with specific provider instructions
Open STB Emulator app
- Hold OK/Select / menu button – pulls up menu in top right
- Select Settings
- Profile – go down to profile and select it
- Add New – name it
- Go to Portal settings
- Select Portal URL
- Change it to http://
- Go back a menu
- Go to STB Configuration
*Make a note of the MAC – this is used for account activation

- Reload profile – Exit settings,
– reload the App – menu top right go down to profile and select
